Before You Arrive

When you make your first appointment with us, you will receive a secure link to our paperless registration system, which allows you to enter all information prior to the appointment. This system also verifies your child’s insurance and allows you to pay your copay and any other balances due—prior to arriving at the clinic.

Congratulations on the birth of your new baby! Please be assured that we will be available to answer any questions you may have about your new baby.
Many of the anxious moments and difficulties that arise with the arrival of a new baby can be settled before they become a problem, provided the parents are prepared and have received important information. We hope that this booklet will answer some of the questions not covered in our hospital visits and suggest that you read through it and keep it handy for future reference.

What To Expect
Little Rock Pediatric Clinic is located in the Doctors Building on South University. Parking is free and available in the lot at the front of the building or the parking deck on the east side of the lot, with plenty of handicapped parking spaces. Enter through the front doors and find the elevator bank directly in front of you. Take the elevator to the 6th floor. When you exit the elevator, follow the signs to Suite 615, which is located on the west end of the 6th floor. Once you’ve entered our lobby, head to the reception desk, where a member of our team will get you checked in. We have separate waiting areas for sick patients and well patients. Have a seat, and a nurse will take you back to an exam room shortly!
